Who we are

What data we collect
We collect the following information:
- Name, email address, phone number, and business website, collected via the intake form before you start the AI Readiness Diagnostic. This is voluntary.
- Diagnostic responses, your answers to the 20-statement diagnostic, your score, and your results are held in your browser's
sessionStoragewhile you're taking the diagnostic (so you can leave and resume), and are also sent to our server and stored in our database when you complete it, so we can email you your results and keep a record of your submission. Optional free-text answers you provide are stored the same way. - Usage data, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) collects anonymised usage data (page views, session duration, traffic source) in accordance with Google's privacy policy. No personally identifiable information is collected by GA4.
How we use your data
The information collected via the diagnostic is used to:
- Send you your diagnostic results and a summary of what they mean
- Notify Cobus of your submission so he can follow up where relevant
- Send occasional emails related to business automation for SA professional services, if you have explicitly consented
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
POPIA compliance
This site operates in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
Email consent and unsubscribing
By providing your email address via the diagnostic, you consent to receiving a results summary and, optionally, follow-up educational content. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email, or by emailing [email protected].
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies for anonymised usage tracking. No other tracking cookies are used. The diagnostic uses sessionStorage (not cookies) to preserve quiz state during your session.
Data retention
Name, email, phone, website, and diagnostic results submitted on completion are retained in our database until you request deletion. The in-progress quiz state held in your browser's sessionStorage (so you can resume a diagnostic you haven't finished) is cleared automatically after one hour of inactivity or when you close your browser tab. Any diagnostic you complete is retained on our server as described above, not just in your browser.
